We’re excited to have y’all interested in the Goldendoodle puppies! To secure your spot on our waiting list, we do require a $500 deposit - Venmo preferred. This deposit lets us know you’re serious about welcoming one of these precious pups into your home. Here’s how it works:

1. First Come, First Serve – We keep it simple here at Howdy Doodles: your place on the list is based on when your deposit is received. The sooner you make your deposit, the higher you’ll be on the list to pick your new furry family member! 
2. Refunds If No Puppy – We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you don’t get a puppy through no fault of your own (maybe Kacey’s litter was smaller than expected), rest assured we’ll refund your deposit in full.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit – If you change your mind after placing your deposit or circumstances change, we want to be upfront—your deposit is non-refundable. This is simply to make sure we’re not holding spots that could go to other loving families. However, we’re happy to transfer your deposit to a future litter if you need to wait.
4. Vet-Approved Health Guarantee – We stand behind the health of our puppies. If any serious health concerns arise before the puppy is ready to join your home, we’ll work with you to either issue a refund or place you on the waiting list for the next litter—whatever suits you best.
5. Timing & Communication – Life happens, we get it. If you run into any unforeseen challenges, just holler at us. We’ll do our best to work with you if you need extra time to prepare for your new puppy or to figure out the timing.
